Aims and Objectives of PATF
We have adapted following aims and objectives for our Presidential Awardee Teachers Forum: (PATF)
Aims:
1. Recognize Excellence: To honor and celebrate teachers who have demonstrated exceptional performance and dedication in the field of education.
2. Promote Professional Development: To provide opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth among awardee teachers.
3. Foster Collaboration: To create a platform for award-winning teachers to collaborate, share best practices, and innovate in teaching methodologies.
4. Advocate for Education: To represent the interests of teachers and advocate for policies that improve the quality of education.
5. Inspire Others: To motivate and inspire other educators to strive for excellence in their teaching practices.
Objectives:
1. Organize Events and Workshops: To conduct regular workshops, seminars, and conferences that focus on advanced teaching techniques, educational research, and leadership skills.
2. Mentorship Programs: To establish mentorship programs where awardee teachers can guide and support less experienced educators.
3. Resource Sharing: To develop a repository of teaching resources, including lesson plans, research papers, and instructional materials, accessible to all members.
4. Policy Advocacy: To engage with policymakers and stakeholders to advocate for improvements in educational policies and teacher welfare.
5. Networking Opportunities: To facilitate networking opportunities for awardee teachers to connect with each other and with educational leaders from various sectors.
6. Community Outreach: To initiate and participate in community outreach programs that promote education and literacy.
7. Research and Innovation: To encourage and support research and innovation in education by providing recognition for outstanding contributions.
8. Recognition Programs: To continue recognizing and rewarding excellence in teaching through various awards and honors.
